If you don’t know what PSVIMGTools is, it allows us to decrypt and extract our CMA Backups and modify them however we want and compress and encrypt them back so that we can restore them to our Vita.This allows for simple installation of ARK, VHBL or other native things like the PSTV Whitelist Hack or Custom Themes on the latest Firmware and is most likely not going to be patched :D.
