Spider-Man Web Effect - Element 3D and Adobe After Effects

This effect is modeled after the scene in the first "Amazing Spider-Man" movie with Andrew Garfield where Peter is creating his web shooters. Everything in the scene is done entirely inside of After Effects and Element 3D from Videocopilot. There were no external models used. The webbing is created entirely from primitives inside of Element with layers of distortion applied. There will be a tutorial on this coming soon.
