Miata lifter tick

Miata lifter tick? I don't think it's rod knock being I just swapped out my lower end due to rod knock. How would I clean my galleries? I have solid lifters not hydraulic lifter. I just put seafoam in my crank case and it hasn't done anything to them. My next step is to inspect the valve caps to see if they are stuck. Any advise is welcome. Thanks
