Today's episode of Conan Exiles is all about upgrading to the Altar of Mithra and the Wheel of Pain.
Well, today is all about base upgrades. First off, we start by upgrading the Shrine of Mithra to a Santuary of Mithra or Altar of Mithra II. Not sure what the acutal name is, since I have seen both appear in game. Upgrading to the Altar of Mithra gives you a few more things. First of all there is the Mithrean Tunic and Mithrean Breaches. No idea what they do ... to me, they just looked like some sort of outfith worn by Mitrean Priests. But with the upgrade to the Altar of Mithra, we also got a recipe to build a Statue of Refreshment. Since I had no idea what it was, I decided to build one. Apparently it works as some form of water well. So ... in case you build in the middle of the desert, without access to water, then the Statue of Refreshment can be used to give you the water you will need.
Next up, I went out and gathered the necessary materials to make a Wheel of Pain. That actually took me a while, especially getting the Ironstone, converting it to iron and then making the 200 Iron Reinforcements needed to create the Wheel of Pain. Once we had the necessary materials to build the Wheel of Pain, I went ahead and brought down a few thralls in order to break their will. I did bring down 3 thralls and was able to put them all in the Wheel of Pain. The nice thing is that all 3 thralls were getting their will broken at the same time!

About Conan Exiles
