Burundi government boycotts latest negotiations with opposition parties

The latest round of Burundi peace talks have got off to a rocky start. The government is refusing to attend because exiled members of the opposition have been invited. Government officials are refusing to share a table with those they describe as coup plotters. Earlier, opposition groups lambasted the government for showing little faith in the talks. Dan Ashby reports from Arusha in Tanzania, where the negotiations are taking place.
