New BMW X5 was purchased from dealership in Schaumburg, IL. While driving with the entire family in the vehicle, the car spontaneously caught on fire. Insurance was very good and prompt in paying the used Blue Book value. BMW? They only offered $5,000 off our next BMW purchase.
