Biking 500km Through Vietnam's Central Highlands

Rather than taking the backpacker route from Da Lat to Nha Trang, we decided to hire a guide to take us through the back roads of the Central Highlands, biking 500km through the beautiful Vietnamese landscape. Day one we stopped off at a flower farm, rice wine brewery, silkworm factory, Elephant Waterfalls, the Happy Buddha and slept in a traditional long house with a local family by Lak Lake. Day two took us to a brick factory, we popped in to a random house to see a lady weaving her blankets, an old church bombed by the Americans during the war, chilled out in hammocks by a dam, picked passion fruits and finally checked out another waterfall before arriving in Buon Ma Thuot. On day three we set out on our last 200km through the Pheonix Pass before arriving in the beachside town of Nha Trang.
