02-25-2017 Oroville, Ca - Close up of Damaged Spillways

It shows the extent of damage to the main Spillway due to erosion. Then video was taken of the Emergency Spillway which almost failed causing the massive 200,000 people evacuation of Butte, Sutter, and Yuba Counties. At the end of the video we enclosed footage from 2-11-17 of water going over the spillway to give an idea of how much water was going over.
