You have to contact SONY and they will send you a box with INSTRUCTIONS on what to do. You SHIP your ps4 to them. They will fix it, that is if you are still on the one year warranty, if not you will have to pay for the repair. Like and Subscribe for more information on how to send the ps4 to Sony.
