London’s Chinese Lantern Festival transforms the prestigious Chiswick House & Gardens into a dazzling extravaganza of lights, culture, art and cuisine from 19th January till end of February 2017, captivating the whole family.

The Magical Lantern Festival channels its rich, 2000-year heritage into an immersive world, celebrating Chinese New Year 2017 – the Year of the Rooster – withan array of hand-sculpted lanterns discovered by guests exploring the picturesque garden trail through Corridors of Light into vividly themed zones.
The festival is the brainchild of Weli Creative Director, David Lee and Creative Director, Ian Xiang, who explained: “London is a perfect host for this amazing festival of light, due to its status as the multicultural centre of the Western World. ”
Visitors can also enjoy a range of international cuisine, hot tipples and unique gifts to remember the experience as well as fairground rides. There is also an Ice Bar.
