Herzog Ballast Train - Guadalupe to Oceano - Dumping Ballast

A HERZOG work train departed Guadalupe loaded with ballast, and I was ale to catch it at North Guadalupe, Bromella, and again at Oceano. The train was traveling at 12 MPH, so it was a leisurely chase.
