This is a collection of life hacks designed to help you feel happier and calmer. The phrase "self care" has been thrown around Tumblr a lot and it basically means small things you can do for yourself that have a nice, positive effect on your daily life. These are not supposed to tackle big issues such as mood or eating disorders, although many people find both approaches useful. Obviously these aren't "classic" life hacks, but more pieces of advice that you can follow :). Since we're getting closer the end of the year, I hope this might be useful for anyone looking for New Years resolutions.
All of these are things that I do myself. Funnily enough the "phone detox" one was something I've been doing long before I even knew about this sponsorship. I always aim never to check my phone if I'm out and about with other people, and I actually try to avoid talking about anything that might involve showing someone a picture or video on my phone. As a YouTuber I spend enough time in front of a screen so every minute when I actually get to talk to people face-to-face is precious :)!
