Complete 3 Bedroom, Landmark District Apartment Renovation: Reconfiguring this 90’s, 2 Bedroom renovation back to its 3 Bedroom footprint with an additional home office was a challenge!! This project was further complicated by the need to complete the gut renovation in less than 90 days to move from their rental, whose lease was up!
This traditional transformation moved walls, and electrical risers to shrink the kitchen in order to add the home office space and access to the two bedroom wing with the accessible hall bath and laundry room. Four new PTAC units, Living RoomBuiltins, Closets throughout except Master BR, new flooring, converted Powder Bath to Laundry, Custom kitchen with gorgeous Calacatta Porcelain countertops and stone backsplash. The office has privacy with pocket doors as well. While under construction, their second child arrived, and we are delighted they love their new apartment. Just in time for the holidays!!
