M998 Humvee Homemade Grounding Harness // Hmmwv M998 electrical issues

I was having starting issues where my wait light would flash quickly and the starter would not turn over even though the batteries were charged. I made a grounding harness out of 10 gauge wire. I cut four pieces. (1) 20" (1) 40" (1) 50" and (1) 60". I tied them all together and grounded the base to the drivers side head. The 20" wire was grounded to the ground bolt on the firewall behind the gauges. The 40" wire was grounded to the PCB mounting bolt. The 50" wire was grounded to the generator. The 60" wire was grounded to the starter. I cleaned it all up with electrical tape. sorry about the poor quality video
