Flower bud not blooming and not withering - Zoysa

“The flower bud is not blooming and it’s not withering,” said Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Management Wijith Wijayamuni Zoysa, referring to the newly created political party - Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, under the symbol of the ‘budding flower’. ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොදුජන පෙරමුණ නම් පොහොට්ටුව පිපෙන්නේ හෝ පරවෙන්නේ නැතිව මෝදුවෙමින් තියෙන බව වාරිමාර්ග සහ ජල කළමනාකාර අමාත්‍ය විජිත් විජයමුනි සොයිසා මහතා පවසයි.
