Hubsan H501S Expert vs. Normal mode

Has anyone else tried to set the sensitivity to Normal and found that they cannot start the motors because the left and the right controller sticks will only go to 60%? Any thoughts. I found that I can manually adjust the rates down enough to get them to start and then correct, but that is a real pain. Will try another video so see if it is smoother when flying in the normal rate.
