Goods In #9 - Trond Bluetooth Apt-X Transmitter & Receiver

 

Unboxing, overview and test pairing of the Trond Apt-X Bluetooth transmitter and receiver. This tiny device can plug into any standard headphone socket and transmit it to e.g. wireless headphones. Alternatively, it can act as a receiver so you can connect your phone to an amplifier via RCA phono plugs. I bought this to try out the possibility of having wireless monitoring headphones on a camera. Hopefully the low latency (40ms) apt-x codec will make this possible.
