Mango Tapioca Ingredients: 2-3 cups mango, diced 3/4 cup tapioca, washed 1 can condensed milk 2 pack of 250 ml All purpose cream 1 liter water How to make Mango Tapioca: 1) Bring water to boil; add-in tapioca pearls, cook for 30 minutes (add water if needed). Drain excess water. Set aside. 2) In a bowl combine cream, condensed milk, mango and tapioca. Mix until well incorporated. 3) Cover and chill overnight. Tips: you can buy cooked tapioca pearls. Mango Tapioca is one of my favorite dessert. All I can say is Oh so yummy! Ripe Mango + condensed milk and cream is equal to happiness.The distinctive flavor of the mango and the sweetness of the milk is a perfect combination. A very simple dessert that can give everybody happy thoughts.
