Ignore the minprice in the video and use this:
max(min(DBHistorical, DBRegionMarketAvg, DBRegionHistorical, DBGlobalMarketAvg, DBGlobalHistorical), VendorSell)

For any of you who are getting items to show up on your sniper window with a minprice below 50g, make sure you have the option turned on to include vendor items in your sniper. You don't want this. Fix it by doing this, type /tsm, go to options, then module options, then shopping, make sure you have "Below Vendor Sell Price" UNCHECKED.
