It sounds like the beginning of a bad joke, but it’s just another day at Mexikosher. Chopped-winner and Top Chef-contestant Chef Katsuji Tanabe not only co-owns LA’s only kosher Mexican restaurant, but he also serves one heck of a Burger. What started as a one-off is now one of the city’s best-kept Secret Burgers. It also happens to be 100% kosher.
