I understand that there are people in this world who suffer health problems even worse than I did - but what i went though was very difficult and very mentally and physically draining. I am so happy to be back to my normal, healthy self! I hope this story and my experiences can help others suffering from similar to take action and consider whether they might also have a gluten intolerance! Gluten intolerance is NOT just a fad diet... It's can cause serious health issues and should be taken very seriously.
