Hyper Light Drifter - Alternate Drifter Bug?

There seems to be some bug that happens with the Alt drifter, causing her to not be able to snap to platforms she dashes over. I have beaten the game with her before which means I got past this point, but upon starting the game over I was having a bit of trouble.
