How to make an anti gravity cake with smarties and kit kat. You can use M&M's or any other chocolate candy to make this gravity defying cake. Very easy to do following Louise's video recipe instructions.

INGREDIANTS
2 Round Sponge cakes
Kit Kat Candy bars
Smarties (reserve one empty smartie box for the cake)
Frosting of your choice
Drinking straw
1 wooden skewer
Ribbon for decoration
METHOD
Layer the two sponge cakes frosting in-between them and the entire cake-sides included. Don’t worry if its not frosted perfectly.
Place kit kats around the sides of the cake before the frosting hardens. The frosting will form a glue securing the kit kats to the side of the cake.
Push a skewer into the centre of the straw and insert the straw into the centre of the cake – this will give it more stability. Push 3 cm of the straw into the cake. Melt your chocolate to a buttery consistency and place a blob of chocolate onto a Smartie and, starting at the base, stick the Smarties to the straw. This requires a lot of patience, allow each chocolate blob to set for before adding the next. Work your way up the straw until it’s completely covered up to the bend of the straw.
Place your smarties box on the end of the straw at an angle to mimic the act of the smarties pouring out.
Decorate the top of your cake with smarties to create the “tipped" effect.
Lastly you can tie a ribbon around the base of your cake for the fishing touch!
