Horse races can get messy in the stretch -- there are tiring horses side-by-side with fresher ones in a crowded space aiming for a singular goal. When things go really awry, it's the stewards' job to find some organization in the chaos and see if the natural order of things was really natural after all. Sometimes, first appearances can be deceiving and even after several reviews, it can come down to making a call that could go either way. In this edition of You Be The Judge, we look at the intriguing finish of a starter stakes at Gulfstream Park involving a seemingly impossible longshot. Did the stewards get this one right?
