Usually at 6 weeks 10 weeks and 14 weeks baby receive the combination vaccines that is diphtheria pertussis, tetanus and haemophilus influenzae B. Most of the babies there is a have a fever and tenderness of the legs after the vaccination and it is usually seen in almost 50-80% of the babies. However10% of the babies have an increased excessive cry is been seen in the first 2 days that is early for the first 48 hours and they would be taking much of a feet but there is nothing to worry usually after 2 days it usually subsides and they regain back their apatite. Some parents they usually say that there is a decrease in appetite or the baby is not frequently feeding as? The 10th week this is because usually in the one first month of the life the baby is more into feeding and sleeping and once the baby goes into 2nd or 3rd month the activity increases and hence the baby takes the feed in less frequent intervals that is maybe around after 3 hours for 4 hours. And in night also Baby usually don't take up feeds very frequently they have a stretch of 4 to 5 hours sleep.
