Five years after winning National Award for "Aadukalam," director Vetrimaaran is back with his latest film "Visaranai" or "Visaaranai." It is based on M Chandrakumar's "Lock Up." "Visaranai" is not a regular commercial movie but a film that shows the harsh realities of life. The movie narrates the story of the author and Coimbatore-based auto rickshaw driver M Chandrakumar, who shares his experience after being arrested on false charges along with his three other friends.
