In this episode I show you how to smoke rib tips! I smoke them the same way I smoke spare ribs: 250*F for 5 to 6 hours. For flavor I used my BBQ dry rub and my homemade Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce to glaze them the last 5 minutes. I used 100% hardwood lump charcoal with apple and cherry wood chunks for smoke.
