DIY Storm Cat 800 watt generator modifications - NGK Cap - Hour meter

I made a few DIY modifications to my Harbor a freight Storm Cat 800 watt generator. It survived the 25-hour break-in period, so I decided from this point forward I needed to track hours. I installed an inductive hour meter. I also installed an NGK spark plug resistor cover (spark plug cap) to avoid any future problems with the cheap/poorly designed factory plug cap. Items used: ChiTronic 85813 hour meter - $11.99 (Amazon) NGK LB05EP spark plug cap - $3.99 (eBay) Results: -I recommend the NGK cap -I also recommend the hour meter, but recommend others search for one that also tracks RPM as I have recently learned dual function meters are the same price.
