FASTEST LAPTOP BOOTING TIME?!? (5 seconds)

In this video I repeatedly measure my laptop's booting time, which is an astounding 5 seconds! The laptop is an ASUS N551JW-CN067H, with a 250 GB solid state drive (Samsung 850 EVO); all the other components are original. OS: Windows 8.1
