2 russet potatoes, washed, peeled and sliced into ¼ inch strips
2 Tilapia fillets cut into six pieces
½ c flour
½ c beer
2 T whole milk
2 T additional flour
¼ t salt plus additional salt for salting fries after cooking
¼ t cayenne pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
