Courtney Barnes Arrested For Shoplifting; He Speaks Out on Charges + Here's His Mug Shot

Viral video star Courtney Barnes was arrested Thursday afternoon in Ridgeland, Mississippi on an outstanding warrant of shoplifting. (He stole a Vans bucket hat from a Swell-O-Phonic store.) He faces an additional charge of shoplifting in Jackson, where he was an eyewitness to a crash involving a police officer while on his way to get a "piece of burger from Burger King." Before he was arrested, Courtney told a local TV station he doesn't know who the person (who looks like him) is in the surveillance video. Asked if he's ever stolen anything, with a look of guilt in his eyes, he replied: "Honey, I'm gonna plead the Fifth." -------------------------------------------------
