This is a promotional featurette aimed towards video stores and marketing partners which appeared on screener copies of the film 'All Dogs Go to Heaven' on VHS. It encourages marketing companies to promote and sell the film on VHS and Laserdisc. It features some behind-the-scenes notes and some words by Don Bluth himself. I picked this tape up from a thrift store, since I couldn't find it online I thought I'd share this piece of video history.
