Progressive Rail on the Hi-Line

Progressive Rail heads east through Bloomington crossing 102nd Street and Penn Avenue on their Hi-Line Spur after interchanging with CP Railway at Auto Club Junction. The tracks appear to be in some rough shape, but probably average quality for a short-line railroad. Looking at pictures of this rail line in the 70s and 80s it appeared to be in much worse condition than it is now. It looks like the last boxcar on this train might have belonged to Amtrak?
