Terrible name for a drill, but that's what I call it. Here are the cones I use: https://amzn.to/3IUUzgY This is a good drill for agility and conditioning with the added benefit of working hand-eye coordination and muscle control. I've used this drill for all ages, including 5 and 6 years old. Though it does take some time to get it. Generally, I will run this with two smaller groups to keep the kids moving. Or I'll run it with the whole team but give them a team goal of beating a specific time.
