Circle Step Knee Drop Seoi Nage

 

This is a simple, yet highly effective set-up for Knee Drop Seoi Nage. This set-up is deceptive and has a high ratio of success. There aren't a lot of complicated moves to it and is something that can be used in any combat sport. This is a spinning step that allows the attacker space to really hit in with a deep Knee Drop Seoi Nage. It is recommended that you practice as is shown on the video where you develop skill on both the right and left side. This move is deceptive as it comes out of a standard Kumi Kata-Normal Grip using the sleeve and lapel. Demonstrated by Derrick Darling and Mike Pennington with commentary by Steve Scott.
