Alright, so after much debate (with myself), I've decided to keep this particular RWBY amv on my channel as well as the Sanctum Studios channel. For all my subscribers who don't really like RWBY, don't worry; this is the last one that I'll upload on this channel. Most likely, anyway... And if you are actually a RWBY fan, don't worry either! Just 'cause it's not gonna be on this channel, doesn't mean I'm gonna stop making them. All of my future RWBY amvs will be on the Sanctum Studios channel (link below and in the actual video). As I mentioned in a previous video, it's a group of people who make amvs for RWBY. So go check it out and subscribe for more RWBY amvs from both myself and other awesome people!
Now that I have that out of the way.. Happy New Year? Haha not quite, but it's super close. I wanted to get an amv uploaded before Christmas or on Christmas as a gift to you guys, but it didn't really work out. But! I have it now, and that's what counts, yeah? I altered the pitch because I really don't wanna deal with any copyright stuff. Plus, I actually got a new video editing program for Christmas that can do that sort of thing easily!
Speaking of which, I have another amv in the works! I've been trying out this new program and I'm pretty sure I'll have the amv ready by tomorrow. And if not tomorrow, then the next day 'cause I'm determined to upload it for the new year! It probably won't be super awesome or anything because I'm still getting used to the new software (and I don't wanna go super crazy with effects from the get-go), but so far I'm pretty happy with it. It's taking me forever to complete tho and I'm totally not used to that! Usually I knock out my amvs within a day, but I've been fiddling around with this new software so much that it's taken me almost a week!
I'm wondering if I should explain the actual uploaded amv now.. It's pretty straightforward (as usual), but it's the first video to show what I ship for RWBY. Which I've done on purpose btw; don't really like the drama of shipping wars. I know both Bumblebee and White Rose are not canon and most likely never will be, but I still like them. For Bumblebee, I just think Yang and Blake's personalities compliment each other well. White Rose is a little harder to explain (for me) so I won't ramble on about it... (but it's totally my OTP for RWBY)
Oh! Fun fact: this entire amv was inspired by the very last scene (Yang winking "I'll save you a dance"). I dunno why, but when I heard that part in the chorus of Blank Space ("And I'll write your name") my mind immediately went to that scene. I pictured it slightly different than how it turned out.. 'cause I thought Yang winked before saying the line, but she actually winks WHILE saying the line. So the click doesn't match up with the wink... still, I think it fit regardless. I added White Rose in because, hello, Weiss has a scar. And rose garden? As in Ruby ROSE (ice flower/white rose ftw)?! Lol seriously, those were my main excuses to put them in there.

UPDATE:
So a while ago, it had come to my attention that someone had taken my video and uploaded it themselves. Without asking me or crediting me in any way (and didn't do a very good job of hiding that fact either). Fortunately, the channel has since been removed. Not sure who managed to get that taken care of, but thank you whoever you are! I thought about removing this bit of the description altogether, but I figured I'd let everyone (who knew about this situation anyway) that it has been taken care of.
