"The Devil You Know" was amazing and...painful! Root basically sacrificed her "relationship" with Shaw in order to save her. Just how far will it set them back?
Still I thought that Root betraying Shaw's trust and being unapologetic about it served as a good reminder that Root might be one of the "good guys" now but she's still Root. She's not like Harold or John or even Shaw! When push comes to shove she's going to be the one person that does what needs to be done. She thought that incapacitating Shaw was the only way she keep Shaw safe so that's exactly what she did.
I'm going to go drown myself in Shoot feelings and make another angsty video. Hopefully a better video than this one. It's all over the place because I started it last week. And after "The Devil You Know" aired I was in a different frame of mind so...
