Razer Synapse -stats not working

Hi there everytime i load up Razer Synapse and go to Stats as shown , it does this loading screen and a few minutes and does nothing , i dont know what the cause is but once it has finished spinning round it says that RzStats has stopped working i am on windows 8.1 i have the latest version of Razer Synapse i have also tried uninstalling it and reinstall but it still does the same error ,is there something i need to install?
