Another let's play series about the game Cities XL Platinum and about my new city Waterfront City. The design of this city is very organic and have circular shapes again. A long, central park axis divides the city in a industrial and residential area. In this project I will use lots of mods ;) Today I need to do some terrain changes in Cities XL WFC. In my opinion roads and parks are still the best terraforming tools. (btw. install mods only on your own risk, make a backup of yor city save files first!!!)
