Weekend DIY: HDMI over CAT5e / CAT6 for home use

Given analogue TV signals are coming to an end in NZ, I thought I would ensure I had HD MySky in every room with a TV. After some online research I decided the best and cheapest to way to achieve this was by using HDMI over CAT6.
