Unity - AI Car on circuit avoiding dynamic obstacles

An AI controlled car drives around a wapoint-marked circuit. The car is controlled using the Car AI and Waypoint Progress Tracker from the new Sample Assets, however the scene also has a navmesh, and the car also carries a NavMeshAgent along, and reads its desired velocity so that it knows to steer to avoid the obstacles. The cube obstacles are rigidbody physics objects, and use the NavMeshObstacle component to carve holes in the navmesh.
