After DC - AC conversion of Ltt - Kyn section of Central Railway, WCAM-3 locos not only haul express trains but now they operate in triplets hauling freights after many express trains have been allocated WAP-7, WAP-4 and WAM-4 links. 15,000hp combo of KYN WCAM-3# 21949, 21959 and 21950 with steel load speed past the curves between Kasara and Khardi stations of Central Railway.
