Who are the greatest Australian cyclists of all time?

There have been many great Australian cyclists. In recent years, Cadel Evans, Richie Porte and Simon Gerrans have been at the forefront of men's professional cycling. Aussies have been dominant on the track too, with Anna Meares having a claim to the title of greatest female track sprinter of all time.
It's difficult to avoid controversy when putting a Top 10 together. There's no doubt that Australian cyclists were incredibly successful during the late '90s and early '00s, but the inclusion of Stuart O'Grady and Michael Rogers will no doubt raise some eyebrows.
