Very clever & creative marketing. This package is triggered to announce "Riiiicolaaaaa" when you open it. Inside, are 2 full sized packages of Cough Suppressents wrapped up like a huge cough drop - basically, custom printed Ricola wrapping paper. Super creative and clever.
