Carolyn Cadaver of Vicious Angelz Tattoo in Tampa/Ybor City, FL uses the Doctors TARDIS and Gallifreyan script as a clever cover up for an unwanted text tattoo. This tattoo is in honor of a departing Doctor Who legend, Matt Smith.
