The seventh Ibrahim Index of African Governance (IIAG) was released Monday, October 14th, by the Mo Ibrahim Foundation and confirms that overall governance continues to improve at the continental level. For more perspective into the Mo Ibrahim Index and the Mo Ibrahim prize, VOA's Vincent Makori talks to Eric Chinje, a visiting scholar at George Mason University and former director of Strategic Communication at the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.
