Tom/Hermione: To See What I Have Seen [AU]

So this video was a little plot bunny of mine that I kinda just made randomly haha. Plus I adore this song so I simply had to make a video with it! Storyline: Hermione goes back in time, breaking the laws of time travel, as she wants to end Voldemort before he can rise to power. However, due to a glitch in travel/the paradox protecting itself, Hermione ends up landing back in her 10 year old body with no memory of her former life. She lands herself in the orphanage, meeting Tom and the pair bond over their abilities. Dumbledore notes this when he comes to tell them of their acceptance to Hogwarts. He also realizes there's something different about Hermione's magic and knows that combining that with Tom's hunger for power, only bad could happen. The pair go to Hogwarts, where Hermione is sorted into Gryffindor and Tom into Slytherin, afterwards the pair drifts apart as Tom has no desire to befriend a 'mudblood gryffindor' when trying to gain favor with his classmates and future minions. Fast forward to their seventh year, Hermione and Tom had a complicated relationship. Hermione hates Tom, but the pair have a history, and an understanding to their own childhoods spent in the orphanage. Tom knows Hermione could be a potentially deadly weapon if rendered useful, and does all he can to regain her favor whilst Dumbledore fears for the worst.
