Hold 5 strands in the Left hand and 3 in the Right. Lead the upper Left strand U1-O2-U1 to the center. Lead the upper Right strand U1-O2. Now, Lead the upper Left strand O1-U2-O1 to the center. Lead the upper Right strand O1-U2 to the center. Repeat cycle.
