The core of ECOCON Construction System is with usage of ECOCON Nanocrete in combination with light-gauge steel structure. ECOCON Nanocrete Panels with 500 kg/m density are fixed to light gauge steel frame with screws from both sides playing the role of "lost" shattering. ECOCON Nanocrete Dry Mix is mixed is with water and poured into internal space where it completely fills the internal space creating the massive with 300 kg/m density and arranging the monolithic homogeneous light weight cellular concrete wall reinforced with light-gauge galvanized steel profiles.
