Good times testing my d2 steel Scandi folder by http://www.thompsonsknives.com/birk.html Enzo ,the Birk 75. I am very impressed at the edge retention so far as you'll see in this video. It bites into wood great and is surprisingly comfortable. Brisa Enzo is out of Finland and I'm a huge fan. My Enzo Nordic seen in previous videos is my favorite carving knife. If you missed my overview on this knife it's just a few videos back. I also failed to point out that the lock does not get sticky at all while cutting wood like this. Some much more expensive knives do. Thanks for watching!) By the way , I am not a scientist. This is all in good fun lol
